Room Rates Include

Breakfast featuring homemade baked goods and southern recipes.
Fish off our private dock or enjoy the hot tub on the river's edge.
Complimentary soft drinks, snakes and cakes.
Use of our heated pool, canoe, paddleboat, hammock and bicycles.

All rates are single or double occupancy. Add $15 for each additional person.
Room charges subject to a 6% sales tax 4% hotel tax.

Deposits will be refunded if
